Business Intelligence
I've dealt quite a lot with Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing, Data Quality and all those related fields. Being a software developer, my main interest is in the capabilities of the products, but also in the methodologies of BI professionals today. One of my biggest interests in the BI world is the Open Source products that are gaining strength and slowly starting to spread. I have been an advocate for these tools for a long time and feel that in many ways they offer a much simpler and more manageable approach to BI than proprietary solutions.
